There is nothing negative about this property! Elevated experience, fabulous staff & amazing views! All I can say is BOOK IT! It is Posh but not overwhelming like alot of the other properties, much more intimate which is important to my family when we travel. The staff (Conceige Jeanette) and Ingrid are amazing.. Albaluz resturant staff top shelf! Oscar, Juan, Carlos and my lovely ladies (whom I apologize forgot their names) made our stay so special. Thank you Albaluz we will be back!
