Alquimia began as a family dream. Chef Antonio Malpica from Veracruz and his wife Chef Lupita Ornelas built it together, as partners and as parents raising their children Iker and Pía to see what happens when family, work, and passion meet.
It started at Alquimia Miramar, where Chef Lupita created a bakery rooted in homemade flavors, fresh breads, and food made with real care.
